Since 2025, ZAP has evolved into a Producers' Cooperative to place the collective interest at the heart of the technology. Our mission is to co-create, with the key stakeholders in each region (CIUSSS, foundations, non-profit organizations, housing communities), sustainable digital health ecosystems.

Why a Cooperative?

• Shared Governance: Decisions are made by and for local stakeholders, ensuring that the technology meets the real needs on the ground.

• Data Sovereignty: As a social economy enterprise, we ensure that health data remains local, secure and anonymous.

• Local Reinvestment: Our surpluses are reinvested to reduce the digital divide and improve access to local healthcare.

Together, we are building a health infrastructure that belongs to the community.
